This is also a boutique practice that will have limited membership. I want to give each patient the time and attention they desire so patients receive the highest quality care.

Convenience: I’ve made your experience as convenient as possible. I come to you for your physical exam (this is our “in-person” visit) and follow-up visits with me or your nutritional & exercise coach are done virtually. This is a high tech practice so you can access care on time, no more waiting in the doctor’s office!
Close Monitoring: Begin with an in-home exam, followed by routine telemedicine check-ins for 6 months. Maintenance visits schedule thereafter for continued support.
Health Optimization: I’ll evaluate for conditions that may cause weight gain and treat the root cause – ordering labs as needed to optimize your health.
Personalized Treatment Plans - Not a One-Size-Fits-All Program: No meal replacements, no fad diets, no one-size-fits-all approach. Your plan is built around your labs, lifestyle, and goals to optimize health that will last.
Body Composition Analysis: Get a complete Body Composition Analysis with our InBody 380 at your initial in-home exam, then follow up with re-scans as needed. Determine visceral fat, monitor weight and fat loss, as well as muscle mass.
Nutrition Counseling: Partner with our nutrition expert for weekly check-ins, along with advice for grocery shopping, meal planning, tracking macros, supplements, and more.
Exercise Plan: Get expertly curated workouts that are enjoyable to support lean mass and metabolism. Our coach builds these around your gym or equipment you have. Your InBody report helps inform where you need to target, no more guessing.
Find The Right Medication: I offer a full range of FDA-approved weight loss options, including all GLP-1s and oral medications. Treatment is personalized based on your health history, with regular check-ins to monitor progress and adjust as needed.
Personal Support: Our program includes unlimited messages, phone calls, and supplemental telemedicine visits as needed.
Patient Portal: Patients receive access to their medical records for sharing with other providers, tracking, and physician interface.
You are responsible for the cost of any labwork and medications. However, your pharmacy benefits may cover some medications; I’ll help you explore your options.
To provide each patient with the time and attention necessary to treat in an integrative manner, Genesis Weight & Wellness cannot accept insurance.
HSA and FSA payments are accepted.
Upon conclusion of your appointment, you will be provided with a superbill that you may submit to your insurance company for potential partial or full reimbursement.
